Here at Bishopton, we believe that reading is so important and we encourage all of our school community to pick up a book and experience the joy of reading. To promote a passion for reading Bishopton shall be celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 7th March. We are having a pyjama themed day of reading and discussing our favorite books. Students shall also participate in story telling workshops with our fantastic Accelerated Reader Coordinator, Miss Hall. For a £1 donation for Pupils can wear pyjamas, onsies, slippers or fluffy socks etc. for the day. If students do not wish to do so then they may come in non-school uniform, again for a £1 donation. We look forward to all of our staff and pupils participating is such an important day!
