parent/carer, pupil and staff feedback

Gathering feedback from the whole school community is vitally important to us, we value everybody’s opinion as it is an integral part of our school development. Bishopton is a listening school and we want to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard, we therefore gather feedback from pupils, parents/carers regularly and use it to shape our operational and strategic thinking.

Comments provided by pupils:

“The staff have supported me and helped me build my confidence”

“I get on better with teachers than in mainstream”

“It is a smaller school with smaller groups”

Other comments provided by parents/carers:

“Staff are friendly and understand my child’s needs”

“The staff are all understanding”

“It helps to improve my child’s behaviour”

“My son is thriving here”

“Excellent communication, varied activities, great staff”

It’s always lovely to get positive feedback on our pupils and school from other stakeholders, and this feedback is particularly pleasing!  At Christmas 2018, our KS3 pupils supported TFM’s ‘Mission Christmas’, as part of their COPE curriculum and have clearly impressed people who they have met! Well done KS3!

”We’re helping with Cash for Kids ‘Mission Christmas’ this week and just wanted you to know how well behaved and polite all your young helpers have been…They are an absolute credit to your school.”
